Zero Hero Cub Scout Workshop at The Philadelphia Zoo

Join us for a special workshop at the Zoo! Explore the Zoo and work towards Badge requirements. Workshops include live animal encounters, hands-on activities, and chats with wildlife experts. Workshops last approximately 2 hours.  All Scouts attending a workshop will earn a commemorative Zoo Scout Patch.

Become a Zero Hero and use your powers to save the planet! Become a good steward of the Earth and find out how to save energy to save wildlife. Every day you can help save wild animal like polar bears, butterflies, and many more just by turning off the light, saving water, or recycling.

Requirements Covered:

• Tigers “Tigers in the Wild” Badge: (7)
• Wolves “Council Fire” Badge: (3, 6)
• Bears “Paws for Action” Badge: (3)
• Webelos “Building a Better World” Badge: (5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
• Webelos “Build My Own Hero” Badge: (2, 4, 6)

Pricing

The workshops are $15 per scout and DO NOT include Zoo admission.  While Zoo admission is not required to do the workshop, discounted admission tickets are available for $17 per person.

Advanced booking is required, meaning we will need to take registrations.  If you intend to just go to the Zoo and skip the workshops, advanced registration may not be required.
