We have not yet received confirmation from all families regarding the Camping Trip two weeks from now. We need confirmation from all families whether or not you will be attending and whether you will be coming up only for the day or to spend the night. We need an accurate head count for food as well as for the State of Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
I will be finishing up the paperwork and mailing it out to the Park Ranger on Saturday the 14th and we must have a headcount no later than Friday April 13th.
Once I provide the headcount to the park ranger, I will be unable to add people to the list. So it is of utmost important that if your son plans on spending the night at the park you email me as soon as possible at cubmaster -at- cubscoutpack1776.org or by using the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page with an exact number of how many will be attending.
The cost is $15 per person (not per scout) and will be collected on Monday April 16th.
As a reminder, please be sure to bring the completed health form, parts A & B with you on Monday the 16th. This is required in order to go on the camping trip. One is attached to this message.
