Hello Tiger Cub Parents. Tonight we will be taking a walk around church. We need to make sure all Tiger Cubs have their very last requirement to earn their Tiger Cub Badge! They’ll get them at the Blue and Gold celebration in June. So, please make sure boys are in sneakers and uniform shirts tonight. We’ll be having snacks and drinks outside after our “hike” so we can enjoy this beautiful weather. I need parents to come with us too, so don’t forget your walking shoes. 🙂

Tiger, Wolf and Bear Parents don’t forget we have an additional meeting next week. We’ll meet Monday as usual, but we will also be meeting on Tues March 31, at 7pm at the FIRE HOUSE. It’s located next to Holmesburg branch library on Frankford Ave (19136). Please have your cubs in uniform.
Hello Tiger Cub Parents. Tomorrow evening (3/16/15) we will be making….a mess probably. 🙂 We’ll be making Irish potatoes. The batter will be pre-made. a big THANK YOU to Jack’s mom Karen for bringing the ingredients! NO uniforms, PLAY CLOTHES please. See you all tomorrow.
Hello Tiger Cub Parents, tomorrow evening (Mon. 3/9/15) since weather will be a little nicer, the Tigers will be taking a “hike” around the church. Tigers will need to be in weather appropriate clothes and coats as well as sneakers or boots. Parent/Adult partners are urged to come with us. We prefer if you all walk with us, but we will need some of you to. We won’t be walking the entire hour, probably more like 30-40 minutes. See you all tomorrow!
Good morning everyone! Hope you had a fantastic week/weekend! Tonight the Tiger Cubs will be doing a few things…we will be working on 5F “go outside and watch the weather”, even if we can’t go outside…we all just came in. 🙂 and we’ve had a lot of different types of weather so far this winter. We’ll then work on Elective 21, “The Show Must Go On”…we’ll be making paper bag or paper plate (your sons choice) puppets. After that, hopefully we have time and the boys are going to think up some “shows” (short skits really) to put their puppets to good use tonight. They DO NOT have to wear their uniforms, since we’ll be working with glue, markers, etc. See you all tonight!
Hello everyone. Last night the Tiger Cubs, along with the Bears and some of the Webelos 1’s earned their soccer belt loop. Most of the Tiger Cubs are at least 60% finished earning their Tiger Cub Badge, way to go boys! Please continue to keep an eye on your email and our website for updates.Oh and don’t forget if your Cub goes on a field trip, or family trip check and see if it happens to be a Requirement or Elective. Attention Tiger Cub Parents…Tomorrow night (12/15/14) we will be finishing our requirement for 1D, we’re making a short scrapbook. Then we’ll be doing 2 different Christmas crafts. So PLEASE HAVE BOYS WEAR PLAY CLOTHES. We will be working with glue, glitter and possibly a few other messy things. NO uniforms for Tigers. See you all tomorrow evening.
Good Evening Parents! We hope you all had a great week/weekend. For tomorrow’s meeting ALL Cub Scouts should wear regular play clothes, NOT their Scout uniform. We’ll be working on a few things: softball belt loops, pine cone bird feeders, leaf rubbings and some of the returning Scouts will be working on a project with Ms. Karen. So come prepared to have fun !!
Hello Tiger Cub Parents! Tonight we will be once again reviewing the Bobcat requirements, please continue to go over these with your sons at home. We will be working on Achievement 3. After tonight’s den meeting we will have completed all but one part of Achievement 3, 3G. This will be your son’s HOMEWORK. All he has to do, is learn about (or more about) a sport and watch an amateur or professional sporting event (i.e. football, hockey, wrestling). We will then discuss the different sports the Tigers watched at out next den meeting which will be Monday, November 3. Happy Learning Cubs! See you tonight.
